Add-ons have completely disappeared, after folder renaming and reversion

Hi.

I'm one of the people who was in the situation:

• Launcher stopped working partway through the download.
• None of the suggested fixes worked except "Repair".
• "Repair" worked only at the speed of a full download.

I was finally able to log into the game a few minutes ago.

I find that all my add-ons are completely gone -- they don't appear in the "Add-Ons" UI (without or without the allow-obsolete option checked), they aren't actually functioning, etc.

One of the steps in my earlier attempts to make the software work was to rename my AddOns and SavedVariables folders. However, since then I have:

• Renamed them back to what they were.
• Overwritten them with the same folders from my PTS subdirectory.

Nothing is working.

Is there a fix for this, other than reinstalling all my add-ons and perhaps losing my saved data and settings accordingly?

Hmm. I may have posted about this problem twice. If so, sorry!

But it IS a very annoying one.
