Running Summerset, and having game freeze/glitch itself.

When I am running through the summerset area the screen freezes like it is about to crash, but then resumes gameplay (un-freezes). I can also see the depth of field view populate unnaturally at times. It just snaps in to view, and it is very noticeable.
