I got an UI error, but failed to take a screenshot. Am I a bug user now? Will I get banned?

If you continue to get UI errors in game, you may have an outdated add-on running.

You can follow these steps in this specific order to remove add-ons:

1. Exit the game
2. Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live in Windows Explorer
3. For Mac systems, you will find this folder here: ~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live or ~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/liveeu/ if you are in the EU server.
4. Rename Addons to Addons.old
5. Rename SavedVariables to SavedVariables.old
6. Check in-game to see if the issue persist.
