Question about Lore Books and also Summerset

1 - So I have never made a mag character but I'm making a Magblade to go with my stamblade and also so that I can do vAS and Cloudrest. I've never Lore book hunted before because my stamblade never needed mages guild stuff. So... what's the best way to approach this? Go zone by zone and collect lore books? That the fastest way to level mages guild?
2 - Does the music change for you PC people (xbox here) when you log in? Morrowind changed the log in music and so does Summerset?
3 - Can stam at least participate in Normal Cloudrest? Does normal drop the Arms of Relequin or whatever it is?

Yes, there are add-ons for PC ... but I see that you're on Xbox. The Mages Guild questline books will also give reputation towards the Mages Guild line.2 - Does the music change for you PC people (xbox here) when you log in? Morrowind changed the log in music and so does Summerset?
They added new music, yes, for both in-game and the log-in main screen theme. It has all be very nice so far ...3 - Can stam at least participate in Normal Cloudrest? Does normal drop the Arms of Relequin or whatever it is?
Of course, bring whatever you want to normal Trials. CP160 is recommended.

JaZ2091✭✭✭✭✭The best way is to complete entire collections for the 20 point bonus. The last volumes are usually in cyrodiil except zone lore books.0 -

So on that website some are blue, some are red. Why? I noticed that not all the blue ones are in the right spots too, but no biggie. Should I only be going after red?0 -
