K`tora bugged?

I have the quest Buried Memories,which asks me to go and defeat K`tora,I attacked him,and he killed me,since then,I cannot attack him other than with Liquid Lightning,my weapon just moves up and down in my hand,but no spells are cast,I can go stand in front of him and nothing happens

The liquid Lightning has no effect on him and doesnt decrease his health

I don't have that problem but I find he is impossible to kill as a lvl 50 desto sorceror, hope you have better luck if you do or anyone else completed this a little help and advice would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

Buried Memories is bugged. I've talked to different people at varying levels who have shared varying experiences where the "Defeat K'Tora" part simply didn't work. I'm not at all sure the Summerset chapter was ready for a release. Very discouraging.

I'm having the same problem. After having been killed by him a couple times, now I can no longer fight him, and he doesn't move at all. Hope they get this one fixed.

It took me weeks to get through "Buried Memories," mostly through trying different tactics, taking potions, eating things to maximize my health recovery and magicka recovery and a lot of profanity. I wrote to support about it not having a backdoor, and they moved me out of his brain, but the last time I played it, I took an animal companion, and the quest still didn't have a backdoor, a way to abandon it if you find yourself inside the brain and underpowered. The unstick me command costs Crowns and resents you to right inside that brain, which does not help at all. I think this is a bug because all quests should have a backdoor that you can bail if you find yourself in over your head. It was much worse on the test server because there weren't enough players. no one ever showed up to help me.

Logged out and logged back in, still the same.

Am I stuck in K'Tora's Mindscape forever? Very frustrating.

Can't you queue from anywhere into a pvp zone? If I were stuck in a PvE zone I'd try doing that and using the wayshrine in Cyrodil for a "free" way out.

I zoomed the map out and recalled to a wayshrine, but cost me 146 gold.
Now the quest 'Buried Memories' instead of saying kill K'Tora says Enter the Vaults.
