Queen's decree - Valsirenn still walks trough walls

Yesterday, I noticed Valsirenn still walks trough walls and pillars at the monastery undercrofts. This happened just after freeing a NPC at the beginning of the undercroft. I ran to the next quest marker after freeing the NPC from a cage and waited for Valsirenn to get to the spot, she walked in a straight linw from point A to point B and she didn't mind the pillar.
