Multi core upgrade with SS - Vivec prime time + Crown Crates

I didnt had the time to check yesterday, but does the lag actually better in vivec prime time now?
I'm talking about lag in cyrodill - Not FPS or lag in pve land.

And also, how long will it take for the new crown crates to arrive? got 400 gems to spend x)
