Curious Disappearing Textures, can't reproduce

This is in the bed chamber next to the throne room entrance in Orsinium. Tried multiple characters and it only happened once, not sure why. Even relogged the character it happened to and it was fine.

Looking for broken things in hopes they may be fixed. I've given up, my game literally works differently from yours.
64M+ AP across 9 toons... kinda makes me a GO

    Tested with a different character, and it worked. I'm not sure if it's add-on related or quest related, one has finished orsinium(add-ons enable), the other hasn't(no add-ons). 3rd Character with add-ons seems fine too.

    Sidenote: Just crashed after entering Scarp Keep with a 3rd character.
