Several bugs in Cyrodiil

Since the update following bugs occure in cyrodiil (Vivec PC/EU):
1. Meatbag catapults do 0 dmg to players, 1000 to sieges. Also I dont see any kind of aoe remaining.
2. Some sieges can not be placed from quickslot, such like oils. Hitting the key just does nothing. Re-sloted: still. Other players reported, that they could not use repair stuff (doors/walls).
3. In certain intervals the screen is freezing for 2-3 seconds, with no dependance on where i am and if fight or nofight. Some other players reported up to 5 seconds. Of course it matters most while in fight, coz then death...
4. For some reason combat doesnt end sometimes, so it keeps preventing me from mounting and changing skills. The longest was 19 minutes (in combat, with no fight going on). However, I could sneak. But looking at the map it was glowing redly.
5. A few times it happend, that my skillbar went grayish and I could not use any skill, no LA/HA, nor swap weapons- occured while not in combat. But I could move and jump and sneak. Looks similar to when youre stunned, just without the stun.
Tested this on 3 different characters / classes and it occures on any of them.

Grabber✭✭✭I have the quick slot issue when trying to put down some siege, also issues with repping walls and doors, rapids also demounts once in a while. Hopefully a fix comes soon0 -
