The patch notes gave us the name of the new alchemy mats, but is oddly mute on what the effects are.

Does anyone have a list of effects for Powdered Mother of Pearl and Clam Gall?

    Mother of Pearl:
    * Lingering Health
    * Speed
    * Vitality
    * Protection

    Clam Gall:
    * Increase Spell Resist
    * Hindrance
    * Vulnerability
    * Defile
    PC/NA: Primarily Daggerfall Covenant.

    Lennie: Breton Sorceror. 9-trait crafter on everything, purveyor of useless frippery.

    Well, it's live content now, so now people don't have to go digging through old PTS posts to find this stuff.
