Hi. Can we get an official answer on why many quality of life features are not implemented? It is too difficult? Takes too much time? Takes too many resources? Why?
i was thinking that it encourages laziness, or that you should work for whatever you do, not press a button to do it all, but these are just my opinions.
Now don't tell me that "there's an addon that does that", because why should i use external help for some basic features like preventing accidental stealing or view all my researches in a single panel. Addons are for stuff like skyshards or lorebooks, which helps completionism and character development time skipping.
Below i made a personal list of what i would want to see. These are simply things that reduce time, that helps to eliminate unproductive time. None of these improve the power of the player.
favorites check box on provisioning and alchemy crafting
an option under "prevent attacking innocents" with "press E twice to confirm stealing"
buff layout mode where we can place or modify what buffs to show on interface
togglable minimap
guild store search
check box to hide known motifs/furnishings
penetration shown on character sheet
lock/unlock option to rearrange characters
CP/abilities/gear set saves
multiple items deconstruct at once
multiple items crafting at once
multiple items refining at once
loot all mails and/or remove all looted
stack all items from inventory into the bank
confirmation to leave a dungeon when not in a party anymore
key bind-able emotes or mementos
emotes on quickslot menu
when someone writes your name on the chat, to get highlighted
pin the dark background on chat even while not typing or mouseovering
motifs and furnishing diagrams to have the magnifying glass symbol on those not known
reset a single skill, or at least a single skill line
update help panel (F1) with info about max magicka/stamina and weapon/spell power, and penetration mechanic and cap
update help panel (F1) with what does direct attack or damage over time effect means, also the colors are shown wrongly on abilities
any player could choose if his house is "public". If a player comes on foot at the house door, he can choose to enter his own (preview if not owned) or pick from a list of players which one's to open
other than dress-up game for a house or teleport for a location what else to do? Should have mini-games or other activities which implies other players (as stated previous point). Or could let you grow provisioning white quality materials, but this is another subject.
