I dont think youre understanding the problem. I'm already logged in on elderscrollsonline.com. Its only when I then click on support and ask for further assistance I get redirected to the login screen again implying I am not and then when I try to login from that site the login button does absolutely nothing.
The question isn't can I log in or not because I can. The question is why am I told to log in while I'm already logged in? And why does this only happens when I'm asking for support?
Im logged in @ my main screen, I'm logged in when I'm in the store, I appear as logged out when I hit the support button but when I then hit either "Game", "Account", or "Store" I'm logged in again.

So the little trick with logging in, as I had the same issue and was left scratching my head? If you have autofill on you need to retype your username and password on that second screen for it to log you in to the support page. It just does not like it being auto filled in. I guess a "are you human" safety feature...
