Another "Didn't get my Nightmare Senche" thread

As the title says I bought Summerset, got the Queens Bounty pack for pre-ordering but no Nightmare Senche.

I tried submitting a ticket but somehow 'support' is completely porked. I log in just fine on the site using the 'account' tab. Then (while still logged in) when going to support I have to sign in again (???) for additional support. So fine, I click that and get to another login screen. After entering my login information (again) and clicking 'Log in' absolutely nothing happens. Having my cursor on the 'Log in' button doesnt even show the page the button is supposed to be directed to.

Am I the only one having this problem. And how on earth am I supposed to submit a ticket if this keeps happening?

    May I ask how did you obtain your Summerset? I have made preorder directly from ZOS website and got my mount right away.

    From a reseller so I only got the key after Summerset went live.
    Yeah a friend got it through the ZOS store too and no problem but that isn't the issue here.

    The issue here is once a problem occured (didnt get the senche) I'm not able to take the approriate steps to fix it.
    I log in on elderscollsonline.com, go to support and I'm suddenly logged out again, only on that section of the site. If I go back to the account or store section I'm logged in again. Why? How? And how am I supposed to submit a ticket if that keeps happening?

    If you're unable to log into the site because the "Log In" button is not functioning try the following:
    • Check your browser's ad-blocker and set it to allow requests from help.elderscrollsonline.com (add it to the whitelist)
    • Use a different browser

    Because the support is still not answer me i post here , i just noticed that i got the Physical version of summerset , i bought it may 19 so i can get the senche and morrowind , i connect and i dont got morrowind or the nightmare senche . I send a ticket to the support , here is my N* 180519002138 , im waiting for 3 *** day im *** done

    I dont think youre understanding the problem. I'm already logged in on elderscrollsonline.com. Its only when I then click on support and ask for further assistance I get redirected to the login screen again implying I am not and then when I try to login from that site the login button does absolutely nothing.

    The question isn't can I log in or not because I can. The question is why am I told to log in while I'm already logged in? And why does this only happens when I'm asking for support?
    Im logged in @ my main screen, I'm logged in when I'm in the store, I appear as logged out when I hit the support button but when I then hit either "Game", "Account", or "Store" I'm logged in again.

    I'm having difficulties understanding how this could be a browser issue or something wrong on my end.

    I am having problems too with my Nightmare Senche mount, I got everything else but that and even added the code before summerset launched

    Still haven't gotten any of the pre-order bonuses after entering in my code I received from a physical CE of the game. I have already submitted a ticket.

    Had to wait till launch for my Senche because I got physical edition, but now I have to wait even longer and go through a ticket process?

    Dont know what happened but I can log in on the support page now. So looks solved to me

    So the little trick with logging in, as I had the same issue and was left scratching my head? If you have autofill on you need to retype your username and password on that second screen for it to log you in to the support page. It just does not like it being auto filled in. I guess a "are you human" safety feature...

    As far as my dealings with Cdkey, Zos told me to talk to them, then now i'm asked to talk to ZOS. ZOS is claiming that there might be a secondary key given on purchase for the senche and Queens bounty pack. Cdkey is claiming that there is only 1 key given and it should include everything.


    I feel that I should be believing ZOS on the matter, but as I was reading more into what bonus's come from and where. On ZOS official website for Summerset.

    I started thinking that cdkey purchased the keys late? So that I didn't get the technically "pre-ordered" bonus.
    But a friend of mine just picked up summerset from cdkey yesterday and he got the Queens Bounty pack. But he did not get the senche, but i think that is normal seeing as it was not a pre-order.

    What is going on is the question?

    Nice to see you had your issue resolved. Mine was a bit different though.

    The login button just wouldnt respond when you clicked on it. This happened only on the support page. But after following suggested change browser advice the button did work on another browser. So I was able to submit a ticket using a different browser. What I'm wondering is what is the difference between logging in using the "Account" or "Store" tab and logging in using "Support" because If I log in using the former theres no problem no matter what browser I use. Only when trying to log in at support the log in button is blocked when trying to log in on my main browser.

    Don't you only get the Queens Bounty pack if you have pre-ordered/purchased summerset? And therefor also should be getting the senche?
