New update and why Beta Testing is so important.

People all month were saying wait one day for update to work, some said wait a week. Surprise during Beta testing this things get worked out before release. Are there still things to fix? You betcha. Next time don't listen to the nay sayers, jump in and help test to see what is really going on.

I personally really like how the trial sets were changed and how good they are now, perhaps a little too good, although it depends on what you are doing.

They say its a class balance update. The balance classes. We beta test them, and some changes end up awful. They change nothing.

I work 9 to 5. It's why I'm on the forums instead of in-game right now. I support the game via an ESO+ subscription. So I will NOT do free testing for Zenimax, or any game company. If they incentivized it by adding benefits to your live account, I'd consider it, but never otherwise.

To their credit, Zenimax doesn't really use this excuse, but I'm tired of this industry trend. If game companies are going to say that they needed more beta testers to release a good product, then hire actual professional testers. Most of us only have so many hours of the day to play games, and we don't want to spend them working a second job.
