Combat - Delays, Attacks Missing, Abilities not Firing

Issues:

• Weapon swap delay
• Abilities unresponsive, sometime not firing at all
• Light and Heavy attacks missing
• Animations lagging and delayed, preventing proper weaving

Combat tests were done on a target dummy in optimal conditions (no addons, high fps with no latency spikes). Not that this was unexpected at all....

Both my dad and I have been experiencing this same issue lately playing in the PS4 version.

The heavy attack not hitting/initiating was a bug in the Summerset PTS as well, they patched it in the PTS but apparently its made its way back on the now Live version of the game.

I can confirm that for me (PC/EU), especially the delay feels wrong, like clumsy and not smooth at all. I have to weave like in slow motion, if done in usual speed half of the attacks dont appear (neither animation, nor dmg).
Spamming quick LA ends up in about 1/4 not firing at all. No issues with HA tho.

Aaah I thought I was losing my mind. Are many people have the same issues post-Summerset?
