Hopefully that was a one-off and the fact that they never bothered to fix it is because they weren't expecting the crates to be available again. It’s great that the motif can be obtained from fishing, and if they had removed it from the crate too that would have been the thing to do.
Now it’s not about the motif, it’s about what it does to the crate value to have 1/14th of a reward as a blue tier item. Every crate is guaranteed to have one blue or better item - how do you like your chances of getting the pet or costume you are hoping for instead of a motif page you can earn yourself or buy off another player? What bothers me about all this is that putting individual motif pages in the crate as a blue item was presented to the players as improving blue rewards and it does just the opposite. Individual pages do not belong in crown crates.

In my crate I got 4 gems worth of consumables and two hat cosmetics one blue, one purple. 1 a skullcap which reminded me of Magneto meets faberge eggs. Wil never see use. The second is a brown wizard hat with a feather. It actually keeps the hair showing, and it rather fun. No sure if I will ever use it as it doesnt fit my characters at all. But it has the honor of atleast being my favorite hat cosmetic so far. Might wear it on halloween for the heck of it.Edited by Orticia on May 22, 2018 10:51AM1 -
