Payment not Authorized

My subscription failed to renew saying it could not charge my card. I called the provider for the card and no issues with plenty of money to spare. I have tried 4 different card all with more then a few grand on them and getting the same error. I then tried to see if I could even buy crowns. When I try to buy crowns when I click visa and the I agree button it failes before even letting me put my payment info in (same error). I have tried form 2 different PC's and three different browsers. Is anyone else having issues. Is there is issue with the store? I put in a support ticket but getting frustrated I can't renew my membership.

At any time did you charge something back that was purchased from ZoS?

Not that I know of. I also called my another one of my banks today. Stated it’s on the merchant side so have to wait for ZoS to look into it I guess. But the charges are not even making it to the bank so it’s defanlty failing on the ESO side. Only other thing I could think to try is maybe open a paypal account. But I have tried visa, master cards, and discover and all the same error.

I don't see you resolving this without Support help.

Generally you only see this sort of issue with a chargeback or some other sort of payment issue which flags the account, but normally that also results in a ban. Good luck getting things straight.

You could definitely try Paypal or even STEAM depending on how you are setup.
