The interior may not be perfect but it is at least a great interior with plenty of space. It may be a bit darker in comparison to Linchal Grand Manor, but Linchal Grand Manor's interior is kind of disappointing. You have this lovely courtyard and a barn that you could use for other purposes. But the interior was definitely NOT large enough to justify its cost. After saying that, go buy the Palace. Or check out friend's palaces first, I saw really nice versions so far.1 -

✭✭Princely Dawnlight PalaceI decided to pass on Linchal, even though i am a big fan of Roman style architecture, because of how far the grounds had fallen into disrepair. I mean, seriously, someone has enough gold to live there but can't get broken flagstones replaced?
The palace, besides being in nearly flawless shape, has some interesting refinements. The facing portion of the stairs springs immediately to mind. Of course, my first order of business was to order the execution of whoever placed that non-wood pavilion offset from the path.1 -

The Palace has a lot more fun nooks and crannies, but there's just something about it that's too clunky for my taste - but to each their own

I highly disagree. I bought the palace and at full capacity, It looks AMAZING. Doesnt look empty at all!

I use my Linchal as a luxurious summer home, whereas my Princely Dawnlight is a, well, palace.
Also, the people who say 700 slots isn't enough to make the palace look good just aren't being creative enough. Yes, the limit sucks, but you can still make nice things.
