Not sure where you got 30g patch size from, it was 9gb on P{TS
There's no way a whole Chapter is just 9gigs.
Why not? the whole game is about 80G i just downloaded it, including morrowind and all DLCs on a laptop last week.1 -

I would tend to agree, usually. But the getting the new skill line unfortunatelly needs one to visit and play SI (to a certain degree). And some crafting materials are limited to SI. I will get that going ... and join you for real questing in 3-6 month.

Or like me you could be self employed, i choose when i have time off not kinda forced on me by other employees getting there first, ok you get paid for your day off, i dont, but then i earn roughly £200 a day for an 8 hr day so its an ok trade off, still wouldnt take a day off soley for a game though, paid or not.

That's cool. It's almost like everyone has a different situation and what's really, really sad for some is not for others.
I think the key point here is: don't expect a full, smooth days play on launch day.

It may come as a surprise but this game can be some peoples only hobby and thus they plan their free time around that hobby, no different than someone taking PTO to watch a baseball game or go camping or fishing or whatever. Well Gina said they are starting the process at 4AM (which for me in Central Canada CST is 3AM) and that it should only take a few hours.
Even if it did get extended to 6-8 hours it should be up well before noon.0 -

It tells me this is a pre-order and that the code will be sent at the most until launch day. I am yet to get anything and they state that the game site will have more information on when it's launched.
I've been waiting patiently but still have no idea. Will I get the code monday? Will I get it on the proper launch day even though it was a pre-order? And will it contain any of the pre-order exclusive goodies if I only get the code by the time the expansion officially launches?0 -
