Unable to get blacksmith writ

My sorcerer Ubaviel is unable to get the blacksmith writs, she can pickup all the other writs. I have tried picking up the blacksmith writ in stone fall and auridon with no luck. I have had this problem since the birthday celebration, I have reported it about 4 times to ZOS with no response. Please help. Thank you

Sounds odd. You don't have it already picked up?

And you have done the starter quest for blacksmith i assume

Use the in-game <F1> Help Customer Support option "Ask For Help" to ensure that you receive a reply. Then you can attach screenshots, etc., to the reply.

It might be necessary to have your character re-certified for Equipment Crafting Writs. If I recalll correctly, in the Crafting - General category of Achievements, there is an achievement for being certified. If it is darkened, then either your character is not certified for all three Equipment Crafts or, if previously certified, the data has been corrupted in the ZOS record.

Personally, I have had this happen for other Achievements, but not for Crafting (yet). In my experience, the best way to correct the "missing achievement" is to repeat what the character did to accomplish the Achievement. But you should also post a report in the Customer Help section of this forum according to the platform and megaserver on which you play:
