Does the Steam version of ESO summerset (For $40) have Morrowind?

As the title says, I want to buy ESO for a steam friend while the deal of getting Morrowind and Summerset is still going, but either I missed it or it's not there, but steam mentions getting the senche, but not Morrowind so I'm a little confused/wary if the morrowind deal is only through the site

I preorder Summerset thru Steam May 4th and received Morrowind and the Nightmare Senche.

Edit: The Morrowind Chapter pre order bonus is most likely going to end May 21st around the same time Dwarven Crates ends (hence last chance everything) and the beginning of Summerset for PC. So you have about a week to decide.

Link steam to esoonline. Esoonline has same cost regardless of nation. Steam charges conversion rate.. esoonline charges same cost. If it is listed in states as 50 usd it will sell in aus for 50 aud. Cheaper than steam.
