I believe the cooldown debuff of this set is causing in combat status in PVP preventing a player from mounting even at great ranges. I ran into this last night as I was testing the set in Cyrodiil. The group would be out of combat and mounting up to move and I was stuck walking most of the time. Of course PVP is so buggy these days it's possible it was something else but last night it was pretty regular aggravation.

    I hope that ZOS can and will correct this, but you should post a more detailed description of the exact actions which you take that cause the problem which you describe. Why do you believe that the cooldown on the set debuff causes the problem?

    OK. I was running on my purge sorc. normally the gear set up is dragon and meritorious using mutagen and efficient purge. When this occurred i had changed the meritorious set for the stendarr. Normally I do not suffer from the combat bug. It was only when switching to the stendarr set that i started to not be able to mount. The stendarr set places a cooldown on a friendly player that I have removed negative effects off of. The length of time is 30 seconds. It would seem that if I have healed someone with mutagen and the set proced, they got the debuff on them and I remain in combat. The worst part is it could have been a group member or a random player since mutagen hits everyone and the mouse in the corner. I'm not 100% certain that its from this set or if that was causing the issue, but I figured I should post here and let someone check it out.
