How can I get out of end of program

In the Gnesis Egg mines, there is a hole in the wall with gears spinning. Out of curiosity, I jumped towards the gears. Next thing I know I was out of the game program and outside of the map. At the time I figured I'd find the edge fo the programming and jump down to die and respawn. When I jumped I fell, but I wasn't straight falling, rather stumbling down. Eventually, even the edge of the map was over and I ended up falling away from the entire world. (Kinda like when you make it past the bedrock and fall down in Minecraft.) However, suddenly the game kicked me out and said error, I've reached the messaging limit. Now whenever I log back in, I spawn at the edge of the map when I'm tumbling down. I've tried to teleport, "get me unstuck", travel to Cyrondill and preview a house. When I traveled to cyrondiil I saw the loading screen to cyrondiil, but then I get kicked out because the game lost connection to the internet. Any ideas?1g5am76uafoq.jpeg

    On which platform and megaserver are you playing TESO? (Discussion Guidelines For Bug Report Forum)

    (1) Beware where you move your character. :smiley:

    (2) Before you re-start playing the game: run the Launcher, and select Repair Files from its Game Options menu. When the game client exits abruptly, sometimes it does not have an opportunity to record the game state, and/or files are left "open" and become inaccessible, and/or their content is corrupted.

    After the file verification and repair process is completed, then you should be able to re-start the game and access your character, wherever the host running on the megaserver decided to locate or re-locate it. If the character remains in an unplayable space, usually you can use the <F1> Help -> Character Stuck feature to re-locate the character to a wayshrine chosen by the game host software.

    If that does not work, then I recommend that you re-post your report in the Customer Support section of this forum according to which platform and megaserver you use to play TESO:

    PC Technical Support

    Mac Technical Support

    XBox One Technical Support

    Playstation 4 Technical Support

    The players and staff there have more experience with issues such as the one which you are experiencing.

    Can contact customerr support as well.

    Also your phone perpetually needing charging bothers me for some reason
    Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

    lol. Thank you Shadowshire. I'm playing on a PlayStation on the north American server. So sadly I can't run the Launcher. BUt I will most definitly re-post on the PS4 technical support forum. Thank you.
