Cannot log in (Account suspenion)
Title says the issue.
After having not played for a while and canceling my ESO+ decided it was time to try and play again 6mo later and log back in. Couldn't remember my password after a few failed attempts on the site so no big deal just did a passreset. after the password reset i have found my account suspended with no email alerts of any kind as well as no alerts. i obviously have the account access because i did successfully change my pass and even get a confirmation email saying i did so.
i've made a ticket but there is no response or email confirmation of the ticket (like how support used to be)
Maybe i'll find answers or some kind of help through the forums? there is no reason it should be this way at all nor this terribly done for a support system.
-This is the same computer the last log in was made on (did not get 2 step auth email)
