Will the release of summerset cause the price of respeccing skill points cheaper for gold?

Kind of like the limited amount of time after the release of morrowind made it cheaper to respec your skill points at an altar, I am curious if they are going to do the same thing they did for morrowind as summerset.

My main I use is literally sitting on 9 skill points extra and also having all traits researched atm.Ärmätèsz
