✭✭✭✭✭Um... there are only two skill lines being added and that's the Psijic skill line and the Jewelry Crafting skill.

In general, there are abilities for all players, damage, heal or tank based. And yes, it is centered around "psychic" sort of powers that are controlled with the mind, including things like stopping, slowing or speeding up time.
As for how it is in terms of balance and usefulness... Depends on what characters we're talking about, but there are definitely some useful abilities in there.
