Guild housing would be a nice feature. I have no idea of how to solve the rights in it. But the idea would be nice.

✭✭Purchase through guild bank. Guild master can set rights. Establish one additional rights level, "supplier", which can bring in furniture but not remove it. Everything else stays the same. Assign the rights in the guild permissions panel.
