Spinner's Garment

I have heard that Spinner's Garment is actually better than WarMaiden (I play a MagTemplar) so I have tried to get my hands on it.
Is there even a golden necklace? You can find WarMaiden in all the guild stores but no Spinner's Garment necklace in gold. Tried to do Dolmens in Malabal Tor but so far no luck either.
My second question is, where do weapons actually drop. I heard in Public Dungeons, but I have been grinding away for a while and never got a single one so I just wanted to make sure.

ntheogenic✭✭✭✭✭Golden jewelry for most overland sets only comes from the Golden vendor. But she hasn't sold Spinner's Necklace so far. Therefore you'll only find rings in guild stores.
Weapons can be acquired from public dungeon bosses, overland world bosses, treasure chests and sometimes thieves caches.
