Is there an addon to disable non-combat keys?

I keep opening my character screen when trying to use a synergy in group dungeons. I would love to have a toggle where I can disable all the keymappings for functionality not used in combat. Is there an addon that does this?
I suppose the other option is L2P, but that is so much harder.
