If you're not failing by dying, there's plenty of good advice above about changes to your slotted skills and gear.
If dying is an issue you might want to include Dark Deal in there for a direct heal when needed instead of just relying on Crit Surge. You also get Stamina from it as a bonus.
Don't forget that you also have an option for a 3rd bar for seldom used skills by slotting Overload as one of your Ultimates.
I ran veteran Selene's Web with this guy last night and could not, but it wasn't his fault alone, the rest of the group was not high-octane perfection either. We were all half-casual and nobody was decked out in BiS gear, or higher than 580 CP (and that's me, highest in the group, lowest 480something). We wiped time and time again, and then finally I read a suggestion about using the DK chain to group adds with the boss for AoE, and I swapped out for a DK tank and the non-DK tank swapped out for a warden. We wiped again several times before finally managing to finish it. Now, because I swapped out my DPS and we eventually won, my anxiety monster wants to tell me that my DPS was the weak link, but that was that particular situation and a particular skill. But until that last boss I did very well. So I guess maybe I'm overreacting to dying to Craglorn delve bosses a few times while I wasn't optimized yet. I need to go try it again now that I have a full Spriggan set with matched jewelry and have golded everything. And also, now I have my Selene's mask and if I can get a few Undaunted pledges in and sleep with the RNG or something and get my shoulder, I will go try again.
'Course, now they're going to nerf my Mechanical Acuity like right the second I start to finally get comfortable. THANKS ZOS.
Another note: Shrouded Dagger is AWESOME. Thank you to all who suggested it. I wasn't using Traps anyway.
