What about melee dps, i tried it and the circle is pretty big alot of room for movement
The double stat is good for me as stam dk since i get stamina out of magika earthen heart skills

Pretend as though the damage proc doesn't exist. It only damages enemies standing on the edge of the circle, not within the circle.
So the 2nd piece just gives 200 extra spell damage for slightly less than 2/3 of the fight. That's completely underwhelming DPS-wise compared to Grothdarr, Skoria, Velidreth, Stormfist, or Zaan.

oh ok that sucks, outer circle only really make it useless, too bad though everything about it seemed good
