a rework of light and heavy attacks

After playing a game called "Absolver" last year I came up with something that could enhance the combat further and make the game far more diverse. In Absolver you can create your own combat deck and learn new attacks by playing agains other players and NPCs. A fun mechanic with alot of possibillities.

How could something like this look like in ESO?

We give each weapon Skill line 6 slots for light and 2 slots for heavy attacks. Which heavy attack you use depends on the three light attacks you're currently performing. Light attack 1 to 3 can go into heavy attack 1 and light attack 4 - 6 can go into heavy attack 2. When using a heavy attack you go straight to the other three light attacks. If you don't use any heavy attacks the light attacks will go from 1 to 6 and repeat. Using a Skill will not reset the combo and after the animation is finishe (or cancelled) you continue with the next light attack. It would look like this:
[light]1, [Skill], [light]2 -> [heavy]1 -> [light]4 -> [heavy]2 -> [light]1, [light]2, [Skill], [light]3, [Skill], [light]4, [light]6 -> [light]1...

The skills will be differentiated by four different attributes which are Speed, Strength, Accuracity and Potency. Speed will make the attack quicker and Strength stronger. Accuracity will increase the chance of a critical hit and Potency the chance of activating your poison and or enchantment. with each point in Strength Speed and Accuracity will decrease, but Potency grows stronger. With each point in Speed Strength and Potency will decrease, but Accuracity grows stronger. Heavy attacks should always have more points in Strength and light attacks should always have more points in Speed.

To further deepen the combat we could also create a new kind of "resource" - I will call it "Preassure" for now. Preassure will fill up for each light attack you use and receive. If you fill the bar up to 80% your next heavy attack will get a big damage boost (depending on its points in Strength it could be up to 300%) and always activate the poison or enchantment. After the heavy attack (be it a hit or miss) your Preassure will go down to 0 again. You may think "wow, that would be kinda OP" - but don't worry! If Preassure reaches 100% it will stun YOU and your magicka and stamina get down to 10%. So be careful!
You can reduce Preassure by using Skills or heavy attacks. It will NOT decrease with time.

A new attack can be learned by defeating specific dungeon bosses in vet, given as a quest reward and/or bought for CP (some veteran players do have so many CPs right now, they don't know what to do with it) by new vendors.

Could this work? Would you like to see something like this happen?
