Disappearing UI...... what Addon isn't playing nice this week?

So I'm having an issue with the UI going away completely on me usually during combat, it takes a hard relaunch of the game to get things back, so far I have tried a repair and even a fresh install..with no luck, I figured it's an add-on issue so I screenshoted what I am currently running with...any suggestions or insight would be most appreciated.

IsharaMeradin✭✭✭✭Check your keybinds. Is it possible that you set up a key to hide the UI for screenshots and have accidentally pressed it on occasion in combat?
I know that has happened to me as my hide UI key is '~' which is right next to the 1 key.PC-NA / PC-EUID @IsharaMeradin
