Can we craft in bulk please?

Having to spam square repeatedly is a real waste of time. Can we get this QoL change in the game already?

There are a couple of Addons for that. If your on PC.

If your on console, it can be kind of painful.

Addon name is multicraft. Sadly it conflicts with few other inventory addons that are pretty much mandatory, so you have to disable/enable it if you plan to upgrade any crafting items.

They make some strange choices in this game as far as ui goes. I get the cleaner ui choice, but many simple quality of life things like this are missing. Makes me sad.

you can use controlers for console on PC as well. But if console user, sadly there is no way but to spam button designated for crafting.

This would be great. Nothing more unnecesary than sitting at an alchemy station for 5 minutes crafting 2000 of the same poison or potion.

I would also love the ability to craft a gear set piece automatically leveled up. Allow us to choose the number of tempers during the creation of the gear piece. Instead of creating something in white and then upgrading it, we should be able to create it directly to epic or legendary, provided we have the mats.

The person has 5 stars next to their name, so they have been around, awhile. If they were on PC, they would know about the add ons.

Addons should not be needed to have basic functions in a game. Such as a minimap crafting multiples, change UI layout, be able to browse a guild store for a certain item rather than sift through thousands. Etc etc.

Even if consoles weren't a consideration--which they are--I'd much rather such options were part of the base game. It would involve less muss and fuss and eliminate concern about compatibilities.

Should also try hounding the console makers, so they allow add ons. If every console player in ESO bombarded the console company with complaints about not allowing add ons, I bet they would change their mind pretty fast.

you'd still be there for about 5 minutes. the addon only pushes the button for you it doesn't make them all at once.

Color me intrigued, just how does this work? You can actually play from the PC? With or without add ons?

Dunno if addons would work because there may be a different language than lua on the ps4 for u.i.

Can 100% use it to solve this use case though

Co-signed. ESO is a ux nightmare. I use addons to work around oversights like this, but it's a shame that it's necessary.

what inventory addons are mandatory that it conflicts with? becasue the only inventory addon I would find even remotely THAT important, personaly is advanced filters. and multicraft works perfectly fine with that

that said... the fact that something as basic as being able to craft multiple items at once requires an addon is a shame. it really should be a base part of the game, especially since 2/3rds of the players base don't have acess to addons

P.S. in my experience, even with corded connection for both your ps4 and your PC... remote play is just... laggy. not a fan. at all (and yeah, I don't think addons would work anyways, since it just projects onto your PC basically)

Bethesda have already managed to do this in Skyrim & Fallout, don't see how this is any different?

Yeah, crafting should be set up similar to selling items to vendors. A slider should be in place to pick the number of items you wish to craft. And once you confirm it, it should just auto create them all instantly. No need to run through the motions for each crafting attempt.

Batch crafting is a two-edged sword. It's very easy to waste a huge amount of ingredients/materials if it's doing multiples when you only want one. By the time you've added confirmation dialogs etc. to avoid that it, you've lost the convenience.

Perhaps we should be looking at why anyone would need 2000 potions, instead.

I keep both those on and it seems fine.

I agree batch crafting would be a nice thing to have.

Just the fact that this is an issue for you made it obvious to me that you were on a console, but I was just waiting for someone to mention an addon anyway.

It is funny how I can't even remember what functionality is from addons and what is base game half the time.
