guild store items

I had a number of items expire on two guild stores this morning does it usually take a full day or so before they show up in mail.

Mail will not appear until you port to a different zone. You can also log off and on, but the former is faster.

I have logged on and off a number of timeas and with different characters..

In that case, contact support. Sometimes you'll get a bug where you can't receive mail at all.
