Outfit weapons visuals are about to change some

Enjoying your favourite outfit weapon in its custom color glory? Looks like not for long...

So here is the thing.
On live the enchantment effect on weapon is visible only when it's unsheathed (default behavior).
Once the outfit is put on said weapon the enchantment effect visibility is suppressed entirely. It is a bug I suppose but one can live with that.

However on PTS the enchantment effect on outfit weapon is visible all the time. This is also bug and quite annoying one. You don't see any definitive color scheme on your sheathed weapon anymore since the enchantment glow overlay just smear it. The only way to get rid of that is to use the base weapon (what was then the outfit for?), weapon with unique effects (like IA staff) or - guess what - the new shiny monster weapon styles from the crown store.

Pity if it will go live like this, I've found a perfect style/color scheme combination for my staves but on PTS this permanent distracting shimmering makes me turn back to base weapons again. At least we can color them now.

Just do not enchant your weapon. Simple.
And MoL weapons are back with their glow, yay!

They should improve the visuals of the enchantments and give those who want to hide it the option to do so. I kinda like it, but would prefer actual flames on my weapon more than those red veins we have right now.

Lol to the inability of being consistent in bugs :)

    Lets bet the next one:

    1. You disappear, but the weapons are ok
    2. The weapon disappears, but the glow is there!!

I threw the outfit visual on the weapons just to hide the enchantment effect...

What's the point of weapon dying when you can't see the bloody dye?

I personally love glowing weapons :) It would be great if we could change the glows like dyes too though.

I personally hate this glow. I know what enchant is on my weapons so there is no reason to make them look like Christmas tree. At least it should be optional. It was one dds file in Skyrim, don't think here we have anything more advanced.
