None, since the number of materials needed to craft those is absurd. The only really useful feature of the system is jewelry trait change. Overall yes. Other sets are only marginally better, but depend more on rotation, class etc.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break

Julianos is a pretty good set, is the universal "I have doubts about trying a new one, better go with already complete proven to work aka the good old Juli"
Basically if you want your alt to have a standard good set overall, use it.
If you want to specialize it will depend on the class and race
DK: BSW, Sun
Sorc: Necro (if pet), Moondancer or IA.
Templar: Variable, with trait changing incoming soulshine might be a good option PVE now, MD and BSW works too.
NB: War Maiden, MD can work
Just play with it in your class, and if you have the gold/time you can specialize with other sets0
