Armor Dyeing Issue

One thing that bothers me is how certain pieces of armor "materials" don't take dyes correctly and they never get fixed. I recently ran into another which was the Dreadhorn set. I really liked ones of the leg pieces only to find out it wont take the dye colors correctly. I tried many shades of greens and browns. They stay shiny with a very light tint and even the fur is locked in at a certain color. There are other armor sets too that don't seem to work. Does this bother anyone else and/or has anyone seen anything from ZOS regarding these being looked at or working as intended?

Yep seems to be an unfixable ossue for some reason....same goes for some costume pieces

I'm pretty sure ZOS has made a general statement saying that these dye problems are essentially all intended because "different armor types take dyes differently (realistically)" or something like that, even though a big issue is that, yeah, some things just don't change color at all.
