ESO Launcher dxdiag error

I keep getting the dxdiag error when I try to launch the game through the launcher. I have updated my graphics cards driver, I have run dxdiag and i have directx12. I also have current gpu driver.

Could you provide us with the exact error message coming up in the ESO launcher?

You can take a screenshot of the error and post it in this thread. Once we know the exact error we can assist further.

Hi, I'm having the exact same issue. Every time I get the error, I update my drivers, and yet the next day it's the same issue (even though there haven't been any new drivers for my GPU in about two weeks). It's very frustrating, as I have to manually rearrange my monitor alignment and main monitor every time I want to play ESO because updates reset those. No other games I've had have had this issue, and this is the second major issue I've had in the past month since returning to the game (the first requiring a fresh install of the game).

Do you have a Nvidia graphics card?
