Request: Help setting up S'rendarr's white/blacklist buffs & debuffs

Could someone please make a vid showing how to set up S'rendarr's white/blacklist buffs & debuffs? I'm kinda familiar with the addon and use it but it would be nice to tweak it, especialy for PvP (and extra-especially for BGs and duels)

I've seen a couple of vids on YouTube but they aren't all that clear or easy to understand.

I'd like to be able to follow Haunting Curse when its active on an enemy

EDIT: Actually. While I'm at it, is there a list anywhere that shows which buffs are:

1. Major buffs
2. Minor buffs
3. Long buffs
4. Short buffs
5. Other buffs
6. etc
7. etc
8. lol
