Graphics very dark

I'm having problems in game with graphics being very dark. It only happens to one character on my account. If this character is outside in the middle of the day it looks just as if it was early in the morning still a little dark. Inside buildings with lights on it also looks very dark. I have not made any changes to the graphics settings, I first noticed this about 3 days ago. This morning I tried resetting the video/graphics to default and it changed nothing. Not sure what could have done this.

First, you should try removing any add-ons as described below:
    1. Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in My Documents.
    2. Open the "live" folder (NA megaserver) or "liveeu" (EU megaserver).
    3. Remove all files from the "AddOns" folder.
    4. Remove all files from the "SavedVariables" folder.
    5. Remove AddOnSettings.txt from the "live" folder.

Second, try running a repair through the launcher and see if it improves the brightness. If neither of these help with the darkness, you can contact customer support and open a ticket.

I tried all the suggested troubleshooting, same problem. I sent in a ticket and the response fixed it. I feel like such a dummy.
It was a quest from Greenshade that was causing this. Its actually a quest line, the quest "shades of green" and other quests that must be completed also. I grabbed a bunch of quests in Greenshade one night so that I could complete them in the future for achievements. I did not notice that these quests were making the environment very dark.

Thank you ESO for your help!
