Preferred Style of Play (2018)

I've done this before, as have others, I'm wondering what style of Play you prefer or find yourself doing the most in ESO.
Each choice assumes that you occasionally do one or more of the other play styles.
If you have a preferred sub category or style aspect like AvA, Battlegrounds, Trials, Group Dungeons, Quests, farming or anything not mentioned, please share in comments.

Solo

Yea I chose solo. I like the other play styles, but rarely have a planned day to do group stuff. I mostly play story content and farm mats for sale.

PvE

Unless you’re a dedicated PvPer who hates/actively avoids PvE, I have no idea how anyone could prefer PvP in this game. PvP has been so neglected overtime.

In the past I would’ve definitely chosen PvP.

I think my play time is fairly balanced between all of the poll options. That being said, regardless of what I'm doing, I do spend more time solo than with a group.

I use to really like IC but its been over a year since I've been there. I took a new character to Cyrodiil to get Rapid Maneuver started and I was amazed at how awesome it looked in 4K. Yea, it has been a while since the last time I set foot there. I've upgraded PCs since then.

Had to choose solo cause people do their own thing on pvp instead of staying with the group. Also the tantrums some players throw makes solo more appealing.

PvE, more content updates (new things to try) and generally fewer stability issues.

Did PvP for two or three years in ESO and nothing has really change (IMO) to keep it fresh or make it better than it was at launch. I still play from time to time but am not committed to it in the way I once was.

I would consider them the sub options that I wrote about in the original post.

So "Zerg" I would say has the correct choice of PvP.

I didn't think of fishing being in both PvP and PvE areas sorry about that. I tried to cover everything with as few of options as possible.

i choose pve cause pvp just turns way to toxic in every game and always effects the game in the same way every time.

I wish I could've voted for two options.
I filled all my guild slots with trade guilds for maximizing my income, so I think I could say I am dedicated trader.
However I truly love playing PvP as solo and build theorycrafting is something I find very interesting, so my vote goes for PvP.

moderately good at everything and enjoy it equally...place me in a group and i become op...sad, but true.

but i'd rather be mediocre than listen to xXxfuccbishesxXx talk about his dps for hours.

I solo for the most part just for the reason I can do what I want and not be held up by other or not hold others up myself. But I am not a total lone wolf I will join guild mates for dungeons/trails or pvp.

With a toddler and new baby on the way I find my time is extremely limited so I tend to cruise around doing quests, farming mats, books and skyshards when little one permits!

I think it would have been helpful to have the solo option offered separately for both PvE and PvP, but in my case it's solo PvE.

I say that not because that many people solo in PvP probably, but because in effect I'm having to choose between solo and PvE when I am in fact a solo PvEer. Unless, of course, by PvE the OP meant group PvE - that really isn't clear.

You should really add furnishing house as a vote option. Seems I am either furnishing my house or trading to support my housing ambitions. Like to do PVE as well, but for some reason I have only time for a few trial runs on weekends.

Jeez, I feel an outcast choosing trading (not to mention Knowledge opting for it too).
You also need to make an option "Create useless forum topics", so that Knowledge would be able to make a honest decision xD

None of the above. I do and love it all. I have one damage dealer, one tank, and one healer: all are max Undaunted, have mostly BIS gear, and are ready to hop in and do any PVE content. My main DD also does all quests and is my achievement hunter. I also have a character that is built for AvA CP PVP, a PVE/PVP hybrid for farming Tel Var and occasionally trying (and failing ) to bomb zergs, and a character built solely for Battlegrounds. Last but not least, I’m a member of one of PS4 NA’s biggest trading guilds.

The beauty of enjoying and being ready for all content is (a) I never get bored, and (b) I’m not prone to the often ridiculous sense of entitlement-related problems expressed by various factions in the game and on the forums.

Group PvE is the only thing that interests me these days.

I wish we had more of it. There's too few dungeons, and even fewer trials.

Mostly solo, easily 95% of the time. I like group content too. But real life, planning and shaky (internet) connection doesn't leave me much chance for group stuff.

I group with guild regularly to do dungeons/trials. If not, then I'm usually solo questing.
