Does Healing Done/Received Apply to these abilities...?

Certain races like Argonian and Orcs get a bonus to healing done and/or received. Do these bonuses apply to any of the following?
1. Abilities that heal you for a set percentage of your Health, such as Dragon Blood, Unstable Clannfear, and Arctic Wind?
2. Dark Exchange (and morphs), which seem to give you a flat amount of Health.
3. Health Recovery (whether it comes from class/race bonuses or sets)

✭✭✭✭✭Sounds like are making a tank! The answer above are correct. Health recovery is something different. Hmm just a reminder don't forget about champion point stars like quick recovery and ritual. There's also skills like bone surge.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Don't forget Tenacity. Lots of situations while tanking you can fire off a few Heavy Attacks and recover your Attributes.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
