There are a few things in this game that I believe need their cooldowns removed.
While doing my writs, I have noticed that unsummoning the banker assistant prevents me from mounting until the banker cooldown has run its course. Why is this a thing? We can't mount in combat, I am not sure why applying the consumable cooldown to mounting even is needed.
It's the same with potions, why do I sometimes spam that Q button like crazy in Cyrodiil fights, only to die without popping a potion? What is it that is preventing my potion from firing off? Why do I hear that 'ding' sound indicating it didn't fire? Whats the point in preventing a potion from firing if potions already have their own potion specific cooldown timer?
If I press a button, I expect something to happen. I can deal with a global cooldown for regular abilities to stop ability spamming, but I shouldn't have to worry about pressing Q and a potion not popping, or having to consciously wait a second between pressing Q to unsommon the banker and pressing H to mount. These are both pointless cooldowns that cause button presses to be wasted, which makes player feel a loss of control. You fixed the synergies, time to fix the rest of these issues.
