Console Guild Tools/Quality of Life Requests

As the GM of a very large and active guild I can attest that the current in-game guild management tools are woefully inadequate.
FIrst, there is no way to message all of the guild members in-game. This makes communications difficult, and has led to the use of third party applications to try to fill the gap. However, using XBL messaging has its own problems as there is a daily message limit. Please add the functionality to message all guild members directly, and please implement this in a way similar to bank access, i.e. - tied to permissions that can be granted based on ranks.
Second, there is no way to set a house as a Guild Hall. This limits options to a member giving up their own housing preferences in favor of using their home as a Guild Hall, which means they then bear the burden of furnishing the Hall. Please allow the GM to choose one of his/her properties (or an entirely new property) as the Guild Hall, and allow us to set it up so that the GM can grant/revoke permissions for Guild members to place furnishings/move furnishings.
Third, let's talk about Guild Tabards. This functionality has remained unchanged since at least 2015. With the advent of the Outfit System it means players are forced to choose between the outfit they have spent precious time and gold on or wearing a Guild Tabard. Please implement an option that allows the Guild member the option of wearing the surcoat (current option), or a flag similar to those seen on certain enemy NPCs in Dragonstar Arena, Hel Ra Citadel, and bosses in the Imperial City Sewers, i.e. - a flag affixed to the player's back that does not interfere with the currently slotted Outfit. Further, please allow greater customization of the Guild Tabard/Flag than is currently implemented. More colors, more symbols, or perhaps even the ability to use an in-game system to design a symbol ourselves. I'd pay Crowns for that, or a mountain of in-game gold.
Fourth, please give Guilds the opportunity to create incentives in-game for Guild members, i.e. - creating in-game events for the Guild that reward Guild (for PvE)/Faction (for PvP) Reputation, tied to some sort of monetary or collectible reward items.
Please help us give Guilds more of a reason for existing outside of a Guild Trader.
