First, have you selected any of the other 8 characters to play, and looked to see whether the Undaunted skill line is absent? Can you find the Undaunted NPCs at their site with that other character? Please check each of your characters to determine which one(s) are affected with the problem that you described.

If there is no problem with at least one of the other 8 characters, then there is almost certainly something different for the character(s) with which you have discovered the problem. Perhaps you have enabled an add-on for the affected character(s) which you have not enabled for any characters who are not affected by the problem.

Second, it is worthwhile to be sure that none of the game files are corrupted before you determine which (if any) add-on is causing the problem.
    1. Rename the Addons folder (in My Documents) to something such as "XAddons" to prevent loading any add-ons that you have been using.
    2. While the ESO game client is not running on your computer, run the Launcher. Use the Game Options feature, and select the choice "Repair Files".
    3. After it is finished, Start the game software, log-in to play, and select the character with which you first experienced the problem.
    Outcomes:

    (A) If the Undaunted NPCs and the Undaunted Skill Line are restored after using Repair Files, then the problem might have been caused by corrupted game files. Usually file corruption is caused when the game software crashes on your computer. Always use Repair Files after the game client stops running and returns you to the Windows desktop, before you resume playing the game.

This outcome does not signify that an add-on cannot cause the problem, however, only that it is not caused by uncorrupted files.

Rename the folder 'XAddons" to "Addons". If the problem re-occurs with the Addons restored, then the problem is evidently caused by one or more addons which you have enabled for the affected character(s). Identify the add-on(s) which cause the problem by using the following procedure:

    Checking the add-ons:
The two steps in the list below must be taken for each affected character, i.e., begin with the character with which you discovered the problem.
    1. Disable all add-ons for the affected character, reload the UI, and check whether the problem occurs. If it does occur, then that addon is probably the cause (but, perhaps, not the only addon which is the cause).
    2. If the problem does not occur, then re-enable another addon for the same character, reload the UI, and check whether the problem occurs. If it does, then that addon is probably the cause (but, perhaps, not the only addon which is the cause).
Repeat the second step above until you find an addon that causes the problem, disable it, reload the UI, and check again whether the problem occurs.

Note: after you disable an add-on that causes the problem, re-enable the other add-ons which you use for that character, then reload the UI. If the problem still occurs, then more than one add-on the is the cause. So you must find it by disabling all re-enabled addons, reloading the UI, and repeating the second step above.

If you find one or more add-ons as the cause the problem, then disable the problem addon(s) for each of the other affected characters (if there are any), and check whether disabling them resolves the problem for them, too.

    (B) If the Undaunted NPCs and the Undaunted Skill Line are not restored by repairing the files (no add-ons are enabled), then probably you must delete the installed files and re-install the game: How Do I Completely Uninstall The Elder Scrolls Online
    • Note: if only the character with which you discovered the problem is affected, do not un-install and re-install the game software, unless and until you have verified that the problem is not caused by an add-on which you use with that character. (See A above.) You might prefer to delete the character instead.
    • Personally, I would ignore the option to run Disk Cleanup. It does some good things but, in my experience, it can also wreck the current installation of software and even of Windows itself.
    • The un-install instructions contain a link to instructions for re-installing the game software afterward.

May the Force be with you.

(Sorry if my writing makes your eyes glaze over. It also happens to other readers whose native language is English. )

Thanks for the help. @Shadowshire . İ managed to solve the problem by doing quest from just outside of fungal grotto.
