Bought 21,000 crowns and haven’t gotten any. Been over a day and I have my email confirmation and my bank statement.

Open a ticket - customer support will get back to you normally within 6 business hours - they are open from 9am to 10pm EDT. I have used customer support lately and they were quick and very helpful.0 -

✭Did you buy the game on Steam, but buy the Crowns from ZOS direct?
If so, that's why. Steam users must buy their Crowns from Steam. May be the same for respective console players, too?
I learned that lesson the hard way myself. Send Support a message. They gave me the Crowns with proof of purchase from Steam email.0 -

I own the game through Steam, but always buy crowns through ZOS directly. Its aways worked fine for me.
This week was my first time getting crowns through Steam, and it worked just fine as well.GM of The Order of the Stars
