Gifting and DLCs

I have crowns from subbing, and would love to gift my husband and daughter their favorite DLCs when the gifting system goes live. According to the relevant newsletter "player housing and some "instant unlock" items (such as Bag Space or Vampire bites) are unable to be gifted". Will DLCs be giftable or are they "instant unlock" items too?

You can gift dlc now. Open a ticket, have the crowns in your account, and the person who deals with doing that should contact you. Mykael, iirc.
