When will I receive a response for my ongoing incident?
[Incident: 180425-000248] Customer Service Ticket
I submitted a ticket for a crafting bag glitch that made over 4000 alchemy reagents disappear from my inventory on April 24th and I have not had any further communication since April 25th. I have sent multiple emails since then asking for an update and a resolution but have heard nothing. Can someone please tell me when this will be resolved and have someone get in touch with me?
