What exactly happens if you choose to sacrifice Telvaih and save Solgra? What happen to Trinimac temple and anything else will change?

I'm dying to know but I can't do the deed of sacrificing a friend...so can anyone just tell me? :)

    Slight spoiler here, but in the end it doesn't matter as the trinimac temple gets converted back to a Malacath temple after the end of the main quest. I mean, I could drop a massive spoiler in here about a certain character who as of right now you have no cause to doubt, but will ultimately betray you.

    The bosmer gets shot instead of salgra. She lives. People think youre cruel for sacrificing the annoying altmer. Everything else remains the same

    I guess I made the right call not to be a backstabber......I mean it would only be slightly worth it if Trinimac faith is kept...but with bother altmer and bosmer gone AND trinimac temple destroyed....it's meanlingless

    Bosmer survives but mentions how shes still not 100% after all is said and done. And trinimac temple isnt destroyed, it becomes its true form and assumes the righteous GLORY OF LORD MALACATH
