Anyone else remember making new characters in Skyrim and Obilvion and being able to start completely over? How it could active fun to just go in a new direction and start again from nothing? My suggestion is to be able to have a character slot that could be seperated from the rest of your characters, seperate bank, seperate craft bag, no champion points. Yes I could just make a new Xbox account but my issue is I want to do this but not lose my ESO+ and all of the DLCs with it or have to pay for it again. I tried running a playthrough like this the other day and I turned off my craftbag and was going to use a guild bank to store my stuff instead but then I thought about the fact that my character is going to have access to all of the mats and other items that the rest of my characters do and I can’t really “start over” I guess which is the main thing that I want to do. Anyone else?

    I can’t relate.
I’ve never had the desire to be a masochist.
PS4: NA - AD PSN: imnotanother (Artell Lyeselle)
    Stamina NightBlade 810+ CP - PvP/Trials/Dungeon Ready

You’ve never done that to break the monotony of a game before? I just get bored when you get to that end game point

Hahaha I guess I didn’t really think of it like that. I guess if game sharing dlcs was a thing in ESO like every other game I wouldn’t have this issue, I just have paid way to much money to this game to not have access to that stuff on a new account.

If you haven't already, perhaps try playing on the other server (so if you play NA, play EU instead). If you have ESO+, you'll still have it, but you won't have anything else, including crown store direct purchases. About as new as you can get without buying a new account entirely.
    PC/NA
Mountain God | Leave No Bone Unbroken | Apex Predator | Pure Lunacy | Depths Defier | No Rest for the Wicked | In Defiance of Death
Defanged the Devourer | Nature's Wrath | Relentless Raider | True Genius | Bane of Thorns | Subterranean Smasher | Ardent Bibliophile

    vAA HM | vHRC HM | vSO HM | vDSA | vMoL HM | vHoF HM | vAS+2 | vCR+2 | vBRP | vSS HM | vKA | vRG
    Meet my characters :
IT DOESN'T MATTER BECAUSE THEY'RE ALL THE SAME NOW, THANKS ZOS

Yeah start over on the other server, you'll keep DLCs etc that you've purchased as well as ESO+ advantages if you sub, but nothing else carries over. I did this on NA server and forgot how hard the game can be when you have nothing, it really is starting from scratch. I've got used to having alts that can craft super gear and consumables from day one, and all those lovely CP points... So on NA I'm a scrub with no house, random dropped gear and no fashion sense, because no motifs lol. But oddly it is quite enjoyable...

Wow cool, that’s kind of what I’m looking for to break the monotony of end game a bit. Thanks for the info

    I'd rather go one better

    Linked characters

At character creation you get two choices ... Stand alone or linked

Stand alone it goes the way you want

Linked all achievements and everything skill points banks space bag space the lot is linked and the same on both (you can't play two at same time so why would it matter)

How ever linked characters get an added bonus

Over land is now harder, and when you group up the overland mobs and bosses get a multiplier making them harder again ... Like in borderlands

Vault hunter mode and ultimate vault hunter mode
